Use of varies of oil pastel being more dominate in the art piece with a bit of color pencil.
Inspired by my favorite music artist to create this piece of you having control over the devil to make him look like a buffoon with God on your side. Which is the reasoning of the Devil having a dress on and is in a puppet show and the different color race of people controlling him than Devil controlling us.
